In Basel-Landschaft, BATMED.CH is launching a local, simple and human support platform. Its mission: bring together the right information and the right contacts to help people navigate, calmly and clearly, the moments when life becomes more complex.
Here, businesses, municipalities, care homes (EMS),
shops and associations join forces with BATMED to simplify pathways —
without pressure, without jargon, and always close to you.
Commitment: communicate clearly, signpost helpfully, respect your freedom of choice.
What BATMED.CH changes for you
- Proximity — contact with local points of reference who understand your daily reality.
- Simplicity — a step-by-step guide to complete procedures with clarity.
- Freedom of choice — BATMED informs and signposts; the final decision on providers is yours.
Neutral and accessible to all
