Your municipality — sustainable local solutions

BATMED.ch supports families (bereavement, paperwork, ageing at home, succession) with a human front desk, local partners, and independent evaluation. Together we can build a lean, measurable, useful setup for your residents.

Long-term Local & human Public–private co-development Measurable & transparent Positive, solutions-oriented

Measurable local impact

Public KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, perceived resolution time) and a closing report shared with the municipal council.

Lightweight start

No heavy IT. Progressive integration with your actors (front desk, SPITEX, health/social network).

“Regional pilot” option

Inter-municipal coordination (district/region), shared dashboard, harmonised practices, progressive scale-up.

Insurance partnerships

Local co-branding, better routing at the right moment (funeral, death, repatriation, legal protection/PJ), 5-star feedback.

Academic evaluation

Methodology with HES-SO / FHNW (neutrality, indicators, ethics, continuous improvement).

Data protection

Data minimisation; sensitive exchanges via HIN; public transparency (notice + right to withdraw).

Target: perceived usefulness for residents, frugal delivery, clear governance, and a public citizen summary.

How we start — simply

1) Alignment workshop (120’)

Common problem, scope, roles (RACI), indicators and timeline. Participatory format, positive (solutions-oriented) stance.

2) Operational launch (Day 0, J0)

Front desk activation (bereavement & paperwork), DOCUPASS/preparedness workshops, well-being check-ins for people living alone.

3) Measure & decide (S6 → S12)

Dashboard, user feedback, adjustments. Public closing report and scale-up decision.
